Andrew focuses on the development and implementation of wealth strategies for high net worth families, executives, and small organizations. He has intentionally kept his client list shorter than the average advisor to ensure that every client receives the highest level of service, communication, and customization. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech and has passed the Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 security exams. Andrew also holds his Life, Health, and Annuity licenses. Additionally, he has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designation through his studies at Boston University. The multi-year CFP® program entails in-depth courses, training, and comprehensive examinations in all areas of financial planning including investments, taxes, insurance, estate, and retirement planning. He has also earned the designation of Certified Private Wealth Advisor® through Yale University. The Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) is an advanced professional certification for advisors who serve high-net-worth clients. It’s designed for seasoned professionals who seek the latest, most advanced knowledge and techniques to address the sophisticated needs of clients with a minimum net worth of $5 million.
Andrew began his career at First Command Financial Services where he advised many federal employees and military families before moving to RBC Wealth Management in 2012. Outside of the office, Andrew participates in a local Business Networking (BNI) Group where he is the President of a D.C. Chapter. Andrew lives in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife, Megan, and enjoys playing squash and exploring new countries.
